Floor Plans – Benefits
Floor Plans give potential buyers or tenants the opportunity to see the layout of a property before they visit. This feature allows people to see and appreciate the room layouts and how this relates to their preferences. Floor Plans are strongly favoured by letting and estate agents, as they are well proven to assist in the property sale or rental process.
Floor Plans With EPC
It is most economic for us to provide an EPC with a Floor Plan at the same time. Whilst creating your EPC site drawings, we can take the extra measurements for each room, from which we can create an accurate Floor Plan.
We can then provide your Floor Plan in either PDF or JPEG format.
Floor Plans – Content
Floor Plans are supplied showing room names, bathroom & kitchen fittings, doors, windows, skylights, fitted wardrobes, cupboards, chimney breasts and attached conservatories as standard.
Room measurements (in imperial and metric) and approximate floor area are included as standard.
Our Floor Plans will include the main building and any attached garage or conservatory. It will not include any separate buildings. Separate buildings can be included for an additional charge.
